We ship domestically within Indonesia and internationally to select countries.

  • During peak periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Carriers

  • Domestic: JNE dan J&T, SiCepat

  • International: DHL, FedEx, or other trusted couriers (if applicable).

Shipping Fees

  • Calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and shipping method.

  • Free shipping may apply during special promotions.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping costs.

Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier service disruptions, customs clearance, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
